Casino Luck - Having Difficulties With Verification process

posted on May 18, 2015.

I sign up last night and wagered the bonus through and won 101 pound I withdrew they came back to me today and I had to send in id I sent in 2 utility bills my birth certificate and picture of my bank card they came back and said this was not acceptable and I had to send in drivers licence passport or ID card I said I didn't have any of these and since then I just keep getting what feels like a computer generated email saying I have to send the relive my documents in even tho I have been saying I don't have photographic ID they are offering no other solution to the problem apart from the emails saying I need to send a government document in! A birth certificate is a government document but they refuse to accept this. I have used this on many sites before as ID but they are refusing to help me or accept these documents that clearly states who I am and hold old I am and where I live! There terms and conditions do not state that it has to be a passport ID card or passport all it says it's a passport or similar documents, if this was made clear in the t&cs then I would never of signed up knowing I do not have these forms of ID I feel as if I have been penalised because I have not got the photographic id after winning fair and square! I and totally apuled as I play slot of sites and birth reticulate along with other letters has always been acceptable with not having photographic ID.

As you were informed yesterday by our customer support (which is certainly not computer generated replies), we have forwarded your latest query to our payments provider. They ultimately need to approve all and any documents. We are awaiting their reply in the matter. We also informed you that this will take 1-2 days, yet you file a complaint when not even 24 hours have passed...

We thank you for your patience.

It's a nice practice to confirm if your complaint is resolved or not, thank you.
