ComeOn Casino - Verification problem

i have sent through all my verification documents, and am being told that the copy of my debit card is being refused. i have sent a colour scanned copy on three different occasions and it is quite clear. i have been told i cannot make a withdrawal until the documents have been accepted. The casino will not tell me why the scanned copy of the card is being refused

Problem resoled. I received an e-mail stating exactly what was required to verify my account. Once submitted, my account was verified within 6 hours. The withdrawals i made have also been paid very promptly. Excellent service once initial problem resolved.
