Slots Plus Casino - Verification lasting more than two months now

I registered in 2016 July. After a few deposits I won $5000. I sent the required documents on 25 July. At the end of August when I asked about the delay, they informed me that they are investigating my account.
On 8th of September I got this inforamtion: ``the manager is waiting for an approval, he will contact you as soon as he gets it.``
I have never been contacted since that.
Today I asked about the progress of the verification of my account. Is it finished already? The answer was: ``the manager is still reviewing.``
They can`t tell me even an approximate deadline for this.
I asked if I could do anything to help its progress. The answer was No.
I am waiting more than two and half months already for my money. I haven`t seen such behaviour in other online casinos.
Please help me with this issue.

I talked to them via live chat and I was informed that my account verification was finished, and my case is now on Finance Department. I was told that my winnings will be paid soon.
