All Slots Casino - Stalling $9,900 withdrawal for over a month now, getting a hard time with verification

In Sept I won $9,900. I was asked to send through all my identification which was required and then about 2 weeks later there was more ID needed, a utility bill on top of that a bank statement showing the key card used with my address! All of my documents have been sent through on numerous occasions now, last week the email I received from All Slots was the bank statement needs to be in colour. The banks in this day and age do not print out statements, its all done electronically. I was lucky and told the lady my situation to which she was happy to help being a large amount of money. Tonight I have received 2 emails from All Slots, 1 asking for my drivers license and the other asking for either a bank statement OR a utility bill. As far as I knew you needed both. Or do you?
The chat support people couldn't find emails that had been sent a day prior or a couple of days ago and it goes on and on.
It's now been a month!

My complaint with All Slots is solved and I received a cheque from All Slots today.
