been a member here for over a year and never had a withdraw also was promised refunds that i never ever got,
friday 31/07/15 i did a deposit of 30 euros and managed to win 1k after playing through there 30 x wager plus deposit
how ever was not able to withdraw ..... bearing in mind they had all my card details from before proof of ID ect .......so yesterday being the 03/08/15 contacted support they said they ni record of my ID OR CARD details this bring a lie as HARVEY the support manager has already told me that they had received all docs this being from a withdraw of 300.00 that i did over months that i returned back to the casino due to time scale of paying out .
any way as they messed me about yet again with my 1k winnings i started to play it back into the casino ......2.50 stake and 1 bonus feature that was freespins and won 100.00 but all the way through never had chance they stole the money it was like i been blocked .....
think i should be given the 1k back and credit my card with it or put it back into the account that i closed due to being unfair it was a proper insult
and the chat host was not helpful at all !

OK thanks for the update and sorry had to put info on here that has now kindly been removed ! ALSO THAT AN WAS SENT AND RECEIVED by rich casino ... but I can confirm no email has not as yet been sent to myself from rich casino !
