my order to withdraw 31 october 2016, I've send all documents(id,driver licence,bank statement) .receive confirmation email from casino on 01 november 2016. and later silence. live support just dont wanna talk to me.not cool at all. no emails phone calls from casino.before order to withdraw all was great.I dont know what to do.

Your verification documents were approved and your withdrawal was paid to your EcoCard today at 11:35.
