Planet 7 Casino - Verification and delay of payment

I've sent in my documents 4 times. Planet 7 still says they don't have them. I requested a withdrawal on the 27th for 2200. and sent in my documents. My withdrawal is still pending. I keep getting the run around. I've been given 3 different email address to send them to. Which I have done to all 3. No one can tell me anything except check back tomorrow.
I'm really wondering if I will ever see my winnings. It seems my issue is the same as most of the complaints posted.

Hi Trupch--

I've looked at your account and I do see that we now have your documents and all is in order. At the same time, I'm not seeing any pending withdrawals. At this point, should you initiate a withdrawal, everything's in place, so it should be smooth sailing for any payment.
