888 Casino - Getting a hard time with verification after large withdrawal

I am a little upset.

I have been a member of 888 a long time and made lots of deposits and withdrawals.

Suddenly I have been asked to verify my account which is standard practice I know.

However no one replies to emails and I was only told on the day the money should have hit my paypal account I needed to verify.

The staff are unhelpful and won't confirm if my documents are ok.

Whenever I live chat you just tell me about the bonuses! I am not going to deposit anymore if you won't let he withdraw.

Thank you! I find it really odd that I've made larger withdrawals than this but never been asked to verify but now I need to! It's very upsetting! Your call centre say they will look into the issue and then say they can't help!
