After submitting my ID I kept getting emails stating that the utility bills are not good enough even though they are dated 2nd September 2014 I then send them a letter from the Job Centre for a disability allowance that's dated 1st September still not good enough I then send a wage slip which tent requested and suspect that won't be good enough too I'm not prepared to send a bank statement as one I do on line banking and two I think they have had enough proof of IF including copies of the front and back of my bank card and drivers licence and 2 letters with my name and address and now a wage slip it's becoming beyond the joke how much more personal data do they need ???? I have made a withdrawal of £550 on 13 September and it's still pending suspect they are delaying this so they don't have to pay this to me

We have looked into the player's issue. We can confirm that the player was asked for some documentation to verify their account. Some information was received on the 16th September, but the address proof was online (not posted) and therefore we asked the player for a document that was received at their address. We are happy to confirm that on the 18th September the document was received and accepted - the payment was also processed on the 18th and therefore the player should expect to receive it within 2-3 business days.
