hello, i have a account with above casino, i asked to withdraw some money and since tuesday been trying to get my verification approved, i have send over 5 emails per day and they keep asking for more informaton, also they have said my surname on the account does not match the id i have sent which is rubbish as they all match, i am feel so fustrated trying to proove who i am , and i have called today about 3 times costing god knows how uch to be told the line is bad all the time and they will call me back..still waiting,
i am so upset , please can you help me
