Ladbrokes Casino - Nightmare verification process

basically I signed up to Ladbrokes a few weeks ago, made a deposit and as soon as I tried spending my money, it wasn't allowing me to place any bets. so I contacted customer support who then told me I have to send n I.D to verify my account. I sent in the requested documents asked by them, a photo I.D and a picture of my bank card.
got a email back a few days after and was told it hadn't been accepted. so I then sent in my birth certificate and proof of address to which they emailed me saying it has been approved.
I sent this email in on sunday the 2nd of January, I have not heard back anything from Ladbrokes since. I have rung them over 30 times and all I keep getting told is its with the security department and should be done by tomorrow. I was promised a call back from the manager to which I never received. I have emailed the relivent department but the last email I got back was just stating my documents has been approved and this was on Wednesday. today is Tuesday,
I was told that they have up til 72 hrs to get back to me, its been over a week.
I keep ringing and they say they keep sending emails and just waiting for a response. but I feel like im going round in a vicious circle.
I don't get calls back that im promised. even this morning I rang head office spoke to a lady who promised me a call back, still I haven't received nothing.
the thing is Ladbrokes are fine with people signing up and taking peoples money, but wont allow them to use it.
and the customer service is outrageous. one phone call I had with a young lady she was the rudest person I have ever spoken to, I don't know what else to do, it seems like Ladbrokes just isn't interested in their customers.
I would NEVER recommend anyone to sign up with Ladbrokes.
it saves you all the stress to begin with,
please someone help!
its not even a joke anymore its gone beyond that. im in a vicious circle. all I want is my account verified!
Ladbrokes sort it out!
