Vegascasino21 has not paid my winnings

Hello I cashed out on Jan. 27, 2011 and Vegascasino21.com assured me I would get my winnings and today makes 20 days and still nothing plus no one from the casino ever contacted me about documents or anything, so I uploaded my documents to their support center and I have emailed them to their finance department because someone in live help said thats what I needed to do but still no withdrawal ??????? Please help ????
