Vegascasino21 delays my winnings
Hi there,
I'm Shahran from Singapore. Here's my story:
I’ve been playing in Vegascasino21 for almost 6 months now. Vegascasino21 has been a great place for me to play as their games are good and the chat operators are friendly. I'm considered as their VIP Player as I've played every day, all my winnings are WITHOUT bonus. I don't usually play with bonus. I’ve been paid twice of my winnings and usually it will takes less than a week. However, recently, after liasing with the operators for 5 months, I finally have an APPROVED pending withdrawals (three weeks ago) totaling of $5892.00 and a pending withdrawal of $4000.00. I've also have an account balance of $12,000.00 yet to withdraw.
It’s been already five months and I’ve yet received my withdrawals to my moneybookers. They claimed to have problems with their processors but it’s already fixed like two month ago. Till now, I have not received my money. One month ago, I’ve contacted Dave, the finance member and he said that $1000 will be given first and done by wire transfer and should be done in 3-4days, but until today I've not received my money yet. They are all bunch of nice people but it could be their finance department having problems. My account is not locked and doing very fine, just that the money has not been processed yet to my moneybookers after sending many emails to support@vegascasino21.com and finance@vegascasino21.com , there's no reply.
