Vegas Regal Casino denies to pay

Hello

22nd June 2011 i have registered at Vegas Regal Casino and deposited

there 4 times, 100, 200, 200, 300, (totally 600 EURO), each time

getting the different bonuses.

And i played only slots, flat bet low bets of maximum 15.

After fulfilling the wagering requirements at the last time i have

submitted withdrawal of 2827 euro. I did not violate any rules or

conditions of bonus play.

27th June set them my documents by email in response to their document request.

In response from them i got the following:

"Dear GANESH,

Thank you for sending in the requested documentation. It has been

accepted. If you have pending cashouts, they will be processed

shortly.

Vegas Regal Casino"

7th July:

Dear GANESH,

As I can see, your withdrawal is in the final stage of processing. Due

to unforeseen delays, your withdrawal has taken longer than the regular

2 to 5 business days.

However as I can see, it should be completed by early next week.

Our apologies for these delays.

don't hesitate to contact us again.

14th July:

Your withdrawal has not yet been completed as all transactions are

currently under review.

We are sorry for the inconvenience and will process your withdrawal as

15th July:

"We are sorry to inform you that upon manual review of your account, the

decision has been made to deny your pending withdrawals.

As stated in the terms on our website:

The Casino reserves the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or

confiscate all winnings for irregular play.

Your deposit has been returned to your account and you may log in to

play or withdraw this.

I not understand what they found "IRREGULAR" i my bets, (I played only

slots, flat bet low bets of maximum 15)

I understand that they simply not going to pay.

This is the truth for me, and all the rest what they say have no sense to me.

I do not know what to do, they simply neglect my appeals.
