Vegas Palms Casino wont pay $600 of winnings

After having to send verification documents to have my credit card unlocked I won $600 from vegas palms that i then tried to deposit in my bank account. They said they require the documents I already sent them so I sent them again as an attachment and made sure it sent as I checked in the sent folder and the attachments were there. They are now saying they didn't receive the attachments when I am sure they sent. I've included a screen shot of the mail i sent with the attachments they said they didn't get. What do I have to do to get the $600 dollars that they rightfully owe me?

As we only received the last set of verification documents on Friday afternoon after 17:00 and we do not process withdrawals over weekends, your withdrawal was processed today.

eCheck payments generally take up to 5 business days to be received and cleared, depending on your bank's processing times.

Please let me know once you have received payment.
