I requested a withdrawal of €2,000 on 12th June 2015. I have not received payment despite chasing the casino multiple times via email and live chat.

I have received payment of the €2,000 I requested 3 months ago today, out of the blue. I have another €1,735.50 in my account which I would also like to withdraw, which I have now requested. I would like to keep this complaint open until I have received my balance in full.

NO you cannot, as I still have an outstanding withdrawal request of €1,735 and I do not want to wait 3 months to receive it!

My remaining withdrawal has been paid today, so this complaint can be closed. Still no explanation from Vegas Berry on what the delay was, so I will not be playing there again.
