I have submitted and been approved for five separate withdrawals of $100 each. I have yet to see even my first check or any communication on when they will arrive. I am a new player and have submitted all verifications. My claim was supposedly sent to escalations but that department is so backed up I still do not get a response. Hopefully might complaint here will get me my money!

I have not received any type of communication from planet 7 so I do not have any updates

I'm so sorry for the delays you've experienced with this.

I've had a look at your account and I do see that the payment has gone off (all five withdrawals are being sent in one check). I would expect to see your tracking before the end of the week. Generally, payment is delivered the day after we receive tracking.

I'll be back to update this post just as soon as your tracking comes in.
