Jackpot Capital Casino - Refusing to pay $50,000 won fair and square

I think I have been their customer for over 5 years, I do not remember when I opened my account but it was couple of years ago. I always had 1 account at Jackpot capital and I was even their VIP customer since 2014, I have the invitation VIP emails if it is required I can show it .

During the couple of years I lost a lot of money but when I cashed out they processed my withdrawals not before I sent the required documents

All of a sudden when I won big they brought a surprising excuse not to pay, they say I have more than one account. What I ask is them to show their proof to this website and if no proof then pay what you owe. How could it be that after 5 years I am their customer, after documents were approved and after making me a vip all of a sudden when I win big I have another account, I dont know of any other account I have there and if there is show it or give the specific reason why you dont pay. I trust askgamblers to be the mediator and if they can please show their proof to this site

I won in November $50,000 while playing an ongoing bonus , as far as I remember I made a deposit of 200 and the bonus was of 200 and I played slots.. The first cashout of $2500 was processed but it was probably too much for them to pay and the rest of cashouts were declined.
