Treasure Island Jackpots Casino - Refusing a $40,000 withdrawal with no reason stated at all

I withdrew $40,000. I was ask to fax and email 6 documents 4 times. I received the confirmation that I submitted everything and the withdrawal was approved. a 72 hour audit needs to take place then the funds will sent.
2 days later, my account is locked and every one of my attempts to get an answer was ignored. It's been over a month and after numerous emails to every host, manager, customer service agent went unanswered. I went through a generic site and got to the live chat. They looked up my account, apologized for the wait and responded with Sorry and disconnected the live chat. I put in $4500 and I guess I screwed out of the $40K and I cant get my deposits back either.

This case has been reopened upon casino’s request and we would like to give it one more chance for a successful resolution.
We have been informed by the casino management that your payment of 2000 was successfully processed, and that you reversed rest of the withdrawal. Please confirm.

Based on evidence that casino management provided, we can confirm that this player was paid in full. We consider this complaint officially resolved and closed.
