Ruby Slots Casino - $3,500 Payment Delayed

On August 5th, I requested a withdrawal of $3,500. Two withdrawals for $1,750 were subsequently approved - one on August 8th, and one on August 18th. I contacted customer service on Sept. 12th, I was told that they're waiting to hear from their processor, and that I should here from their finance dept. soon.

They're customer services reps are always nice, but my withdrawal request is nearly 7 weeks old. . .

Thank you for your assistance with this matter. Yesterday I did one check for $1,750, which is great. I still haven't heard anything on the second payment of $1,750. . .
