Planet 7 Casino - $2500 withdrawal request delayed

I requested a withdrawal on May 2. The withdrawal was approved but has still not been sent out to the processor. I contacted the casino and they senty request to the escalation department. My experience is that the escalation department is not very fast without having some outside intervention. Please help me.

I've looked at your account and I do see the payment has been sent off--I would expect to see your tracking sometime mid-week. Of course as soon as I receive your tracking, I'll report back.
