My withdrawal was approved on 6-17-16. It'seems been 40 days and I still do not have the payment. Two weeks ago I got generic email that the problem has been escalated but I haven't heard anything since.

I'm terribly sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this. Now that I'm involved, I believe this should get sorted out for you, quickly.

As it's the weekend, I'm not in the office, so I don't have access to your account. As soon as I get into the office (Monday), I'll take a look at things and see what needs to be done to have this resolved, straight away. I'll post an update, as soon as I know what's up.
