Golden Lady Casino - Stalling $250 for ages

My second deposit with GoldenLady Casino of $100 attracted a 400% bonus. When I was finished the play through requirements there was over $3,000 in the account and I was therefore eligible to withdraw $900. I chose to withdraw $250 and lost the rest unfortunately. However, after four weeks the $250 in my account is still sitting in the 'reversible withdrawals' section.
I have asked the Help section if there is any problem with my verification and all I ever get is "It will be in your account at the end of the week" or if it is a Friday "It will be paid on Monday".
I have rung the casino on the number listed on the site and assured that "it will be paid in one or two days". A week after that phone call and nothing except the same response by Live Chat.
