Planet 7 Casino - $1300 payout requested in September, finally approved in October, but still no communication or payout thus far

Withdrawal was finally approved on 10/6, almost 2 months after requesting payout.

I've sent in all the verification CC scans, utility bills, etc etc.

It's now mid November and I still haven't received my winnings. All emails go unanswered, despite the promise of a 24-hour response via the auto response form email one receives when attempting to communicate via email.

They have no issues with bombarding you with texts and emails promoting their casino 24/7.

I spoke with live chat last week and was told that my request would be "escalated" to someone in accounting.

I've deposited hundreds of dollars at this casino and am disgusted by this. I've never had issues anywhere close to this caliber at other casinos I play at. I simply want my winnings...

Actually, I just received the check via fedex just now.
