Support representative has been very unrespectful, treating myself as an idiot, sometimes playing in border the line of insulting me.

I cannot upload the whole chat in images as it is long but it is fully available at AskGamblers request.

I'm not going to say the name of the person who ha attended me to have the education they don't have showed to me in the chat.

I think they deserve. a claim as this kind of behaviour cannot be accepted from a certified casino.

Certified casino must show a 100 % excellence in their behaviours, also in the support.
