FashionTV Casino - Unresolved Withdrawall Request/Payment

My account was verified on Tuesday 2nd of September 2015. Even when making the withdrawal request i have received no email correspondence from Fashion TV Casino. When i sent my verification documents via email i was not sent a ticket via email stating that they received my documents nor an email stating that my account had been verified. I had to bombard chat to find this. On friday 11th september 2015 i made a withdrawal request for $2200 AUD via the same method i had deposited the money into my account which was moneybookers (Skrill). i was assured by the chat staff including the manager that because my account was already verified that my withdrawal would be processed that day being Friday 11th September 2015. This was not carried out. After speaking with Ric who is one bof the chat operators after their payments team had left for the day and informing him that i had not been paid he said it was not paid due to a slight technical error. When i prompted him to explain further he basically danced around it and never explained what the slight error entailed. He did how ever promise me that he would forward my account to finance which he must have donbe earlier cause he said he would and gave me assurances that my withdrawal would be processed on Tuesday 15th September 2015. I was happy with this as it does state in their T&C's 1-2 business days to process a Skrill withdrawal. On Monday I got onto chat and spoke to the manager of chat operator her name was maria and i was given yet another assurance and promise that my account was being forwarded again to payments and promised that my withdrawal will be processed that day. I was so delighted to hear this from a manager. Payments team had left for the day and yet again on the 2nd business day i had not been paid. I went on chat straight away once i knew that payments had gone home for the day as she told me their operating hours to try to chat to maria (the manager) who had made the assurances but unfortunately She finished her shift by vthat stage. I spoke to another operator and let her know that i had still not been paid and she gave me the same reason that nic gave me on Friday about a slight technical error. I again prompted for an explaination but she would or couldnt understand it herself. She then proceeded to explain to me that payments wont be in at work again till Thursday 17th September 2015 which is today. Then i realised that on Friday Ric had promised me it would be processed on Tuesday 15th September 2015 but payments are not working that day but apparently this is what payments had told him which must be a lie as payments would not give a promise that a withdrawal would be processed on a day they are not working.
Today being Thursday 17th September 2015 i went onto chat and spoke to chat operator and manager Maria who had given me assurances and promises that it would be processed on monday but it never was done. She took a look at my account after ignoring my chatr for over an hour and proceeded to let me know that there had been absolutely no update from payments team regarding my withdrawal request and she was going to forward my account for the 4th time to payments and will uipdate me when she hears back from payments manager. This is now the 5th business day and nothing has been resolved no updates and i am starting to think i will never get paid.

Resolved saturday 19th September 2015. The communication between their chat staff and finance department is extremely lacking to say the very least. I was lied to repetedly by many chat operators. Obviously they are having some major issues with skrill and in the 8 business days of trying to find out the actual issue they never once suggested that i try a different withdrawal option. Finally i had to take it upon myself to request a withdrawal via neteller and instead of them waiving the need to deposit 15 Euros to be able to do this they of course made me do so which is an absolute joke considering they had inconvenienced me massively. I will never play with this casino again and i would advise that if anyone else wants to try them out they would be best served no going with a skrill deposit.
