LeoVegas Casino - Unplayed rounds

Around 6 weeks ago I contacted Leo Vegas support regarding a game crashing during a £30 stake game. Initially they were very helpful and told me I had the above round unplayed as well as 10 other unplayed rounds on my account. I have tried to follow this up twice however it is still unresolved with no updates from their support.
