Unpaid Winnings After 3 Weeks
I am writing in utter disgust to the way I have been treated and given the run-around from Club USA Casino staff and cashiers. I was approved for a 1000 withdrawel June 10. It is now June 29 and there is no sign of my winnings.
I have called and emailed probably in the vacinity of 20 times now. My most recent conversation was with a cashier that informed me my money would be in my ACH account two days ago.
I have submitted a complaint to the body to whom gives an 'accredited status' to this casino. I for the life of me cannot figure out why there are not more complaints like mine. I can only conclude that I am an isolated case or nobody likes to complain.
I feel this casino should have their accredited status revoked. Their FAQ's suggest winnings are paid out within 7-10 working days. Well my friends, that has long been and gone. I'm wondering if they pack the money in crates and send them from their location on a ship to USA (as I am a USA player.) Maybe the ship sunk and sharks ate the money (no pun intended.)
This casino has discouraged me from playing any other online casinos period. I read so many people saying they've been paid out from other casinos but I don't see many complaints regarding this casino which strikes me as very odd.
This casino is a disgrace in my opinion and their fair play practices are absolutely unacceptable. Their FAQ section is untruthful concerning payouts. If there was a delay because of something on my part, I have not been notified. This should not be the case as my winnings was 'approved' on the 10th.
I will not in good faith recommend this casino to anyone that wants to play or to anyone I know. My experience has been absolutely aweful and has left me extremely bitter.
Hi there, unfortunately you have been caught up with an issue with a previous ACH processor that we were using. There are a small number of cases where players are waiting longer than usual to receive their winning which is totally unacceptable.
Unfortunately we are at the mercy of a third party with this one and there are others that are in a similar situation. The funds have been sent to the ACH processor but they have not been issued from there. We are doing everything we can at this time to resolve this issue and over the course of the next week we intend to clear this up for all affected players.

This is not very odd, it's more of a case of unfortunate timing. The reason you don't find many complaints is because usually we are on top of our game. We understand that this is frustrating as we are in the same boat as you, uncertain as to where the funds we sent have gone, if they have not been sent to the player?
As soon as we find out more information we will let you know. For the time being, all I can do is offer our sincere apologies and ask for patience in this matter. As soon as it's figured out, you will receive your funds.
We are aware of some players that have been issued funds over the course of this week from funds sent at the end of May. So please stick with us as we have new ACH processors that have proved themselves to deliver within 5 working days.
I will raise your case with our cashier team and ensure that you are dealt with as quickly as possible.

Four weeks now. Still waiting. Totally unacceptable. I want my fair winnings. Sort it out.
I finally got some updated info tonite. My ACH bounced back to the casino so I was credited my amount. I have re-requested a withdrawal this time via courier check and not ACH. I'll update soon.
Good news in the end. I was sent the FedEx check and received my funds. CWC explained my check had been returned for an 'unknown' reason through ACH. The cashiers there took responsibility and sent out a check which I received in 4 days. Thank you to the cashiers involved that helped resolve this issue. I am very pleased with the outcome.
