Almost 2 months ago I submitted all necessary documents to collect my $420 payout. It was approved. The excuses for not receiving it yet were a third party makes the payout, and they are slower than we'd like them to be; the holiday season backed things up. I have been patient. I was counting on this money and it has really screwed me up not getting it. Keep emailing them, no satisfaction.

I'm sorry for the delay, but everything that has been told to you is absolutely accurate. I don't know of any online casino dealing in the U.S. who is able to do their own processing--each one is completely reliant upon third party processors. Add to this the holidays and things have gotten a bit back-logged.

Your payment was sent to processing and we are now waiting on the tracking from the processor. Please be patient because this can take up to 7 days to receive (more often than not, we receive tracking after the player receives the payment).

On the date I submitted my complaint to this website, Jan 9, it had already been almost 2 months. Every couple of days I email them for the status and that keep telling me it's on queue for processing, but there is no tracing number yet. It is now January 16, and still no updates. No resolution at this time for the $420 payout.

Just a quick update: While we've yet to receive tracking back from the processor, indeed this was off to processing as already discussed. Being there is a 10-business day window with the actual processing, we're still within that window.

I should point out that more often than not, by the time the processor provides tracking to us, the player has already received the payment.

I would expect you'll see your payment later this week/early next week.

I have still not received a tracking number or any indication I'm getting my payout. I will spend my money at other casinos until i get paid. If i don't get paid soon i will spread the word. This is excessive. S

I finally received my check Tuesday. Thank you tawni. It was $395.01. I was charged for fedex.
