Hello! Casino - Unfair confiscation of legitimate winnings

I was looking for play a new casino and i found Hello Casino. I saw they had a very nice welcome bonus offer, 200% up to 1000 kr. I deposit 500 and got 1000 in bonus. I start playing and got lucky and won some money, i continue play to meet the wagering requirements. When i was finished wagering the bonus i made a withdraw and send my verification documents. I was very happy to win . I have played many casinos and enjoy the internet casinos. I checked my email after few dayes and found an email from Hello Casino that chocked me and left me tottaly paralized. My account is closed and my founds of 8700 are confisticated. I dont know and not understand for what reason Hello Casino would do something like that. I alwaes read terms and condiontions before playing. this have never happened to me before at any other casino. I feel helpless and sad. Can you please help me to look into this matter and get an answe from the Casino.
