Well over a Month I've waited to be paid. I jumped all of their hoops and now when I call they say I have to reverify with a woman and call them back in 20 minutes. I literally heard that and called back for over 6 hours. How the woman is always just gone or be right back. It has the feel of a straight up ripoff con

So if I am understanding this correctly, you are saying the payment has been verified, approved, sent to the processors, and the check has actually been cut and sent? As of 12/28/15? If I have not gotten my check by Monday it will serve as indicating bad faith. I sincerely hope it gets here. I'm tired of following up on this. Even if it comes, I truly wonder what would have happened if I neglected to follow up so aggressively? Would it have arrived ever at all? We will see. It's not here yet

Still no response. I call and am told to call or email other people. The one thing I am told for certain every time is that I completed my verification and other various hurdles long ago and have been approved.

Just to clarify, your payment method was set up on 12/28. The actual payment was issued on Jan. 2nd and we’re waiting on tracking from our processors (this generally takes a few days).

I got a check delivered yesterday, it appears similar to other Canadian checks I've gotten from other casinos. I'm about go deposit it now and cross my fingers

I did receive my check and at this time it has cleared without being returned. The people at cool cat have been pretty responsive about the issue from start to finish, but it's unfortunate the total payout took nearly 3 months get. The time is enough to make me seriously consider never depositing again because I have many other options open that don't have these drawbacks.
