Bovada Casino - Unbelievable lengthy withdrawal

I requested $5000 on March 16th, almost 2 months ago and still have not received the full amount, I got a small portion of it after one month but I am still missing $3000, they offer me no time frame or have no idea when I'll get my money after saying I would have it in about 10 business days. I email them frequently and they give me the same run around how they don't know anything, and now they have stopped responding to me all together, this is ridiculous and very shady business practice, I have lost all patience with this casino I have attached proof my deposit was approved.
