Hopa Casino - Unable to send verification documents and withdraw

Hi, i played at hopa casino and Made serveral deposits with trustly, and was lucky and Made A withdrawal on the 10th of aug.
After A pendingtime of 48 hours i got A mail to send My Documents and A Link to upload them. I play from the ipad so it was A Link for mobile upload. The Link doesnt work and I have written to support (both the swedish and english) and every time they tell me to try again. The support takes 7-8 hours to respond every time.
I dont know what to do and how to send in the Documents and get My winnings and noone in support are willing to help me with an alternative solution.
Can you please help me?

Yesterday morning i got hold of support through telephone and he gave me the mailadress to accounting, something i have asked for many Times before but I was being ignorored.
Sent in the Document yesterday morning and they have a 48 hours respondingtime for the documents!! So i havent heard anything yet...
No confirmation, no nothing.
