Unable to get paid 2500.00 owed to me by Royal Ace Casino

I have sent a number of e-mails to try to collect my winnings of $2500.00 from royal ace casino. they do not responed and will not pay out my winings

We have confirmed that your withdrawal has in fact been processed and has not been denied.
The payment has been sent to our processor to issue a check to you. As soon as the check has been issued they will send us a tracking code which we will then be able to provide to you. We expect that the tracking code will be available in the next couple of days.
