Sugar Casino - Stalling payment for a whole month, unable to get in touch with support at all!

I found this casino at askgambler web , i sign up on Sep 25-15 and receive a 1st deposit offer and request a withdraw of 1000 eur, up to now i had submit all the documents as needed but still no reply at all . I had email the casino support non response form them at all , unable to get any follow up or help from them . I had spend more than a month to keep email and follow up but unable to so i am here to get help .

Dear askgambler

I had email Sugar Casino the issue that i am unable to request a withdrawal by bankwire since when i go to their withdrawl page for method bankwire withdrawl i was ask me to provide a IBAN number , which i had directly contact my bank and they say CANADA dont have a IBAN number , which i had email and told Sugar Casino many time already to guide me out with the withdrawl, (as i cant leave that iban part blank in order to submit a withdrawl request )
Therefore i had email sugar casino support many time with all my bank detail which my bank provide me for bank wire but still they didnt give me any reply at all

as sugar casino say they have manually request a withdrawl for me and will be process i will keep an eye check and give you a notice once i receive my payment form them
