Tycoonbet.com don't pay my winnings
I made a small deposit of (20 euro) to Tycoonbet with usemybank.
After lucky games on (microgaming) blackjack, i got a balance of 2400. (won 2380).
I paid the winning to my bankaccount (the only option you have there). After the payout the message came that the payout will be proccesed WITHIN 24 hours.
That whas on the 13e of this month (one week ago), 2 days laters i maild them to ask about the payment (time), because the payment whas still pending. No respons.
After that i maild them again, again no respsons. That is very strange, because the first time i maild them, (about something else, my deposit) they react within 3 hours! And one week long, no reaction about the payout. Witch is still pending in my account.
Any updates here? As we don't have this casino in our List, which means we don't work with them, don't be surprised if anybody doesn't give back any word to this complaint.
They still did'nt pay, the payout is pending and still no reaction from them.
boschman, since we don't work with this casino, I'm affraid you won't get any answer from them in the future, like you didn't get any yet. Please update us, if there's any changes in this case and situation.
