Way back in August I submitted three withdrawal requests for a total of $300. I won this from the free spins promotion they were running. One day I did not receive any free spins so I asked why. They told me that because I was a winner I was disqualified from any more free spins. I made the required deposit to qualify. They cut me off. I sent two email which went unreturned. Later I was told that my withdrawals were verified and that payment was forthcoming. I have not heard from them since. They do not respond to my live chat requests or return any emails. Basically they just stole $300 from me. This casino should be shut down for using deceptive practices. Making people wait for months to receive something they won fair and square is just plain stupid, just like me for using this organization.

Amazing. I submit complaint on October 9, check dated October 10 is sent. Account squared after two and a half months. Thank you. Based on the past experience and the number of complaints you can bet that I won'the go to their casino again. Thanks.
