Euro Palace Casino - Trying to submit Verification ID only to be given non-working email

I won on my first deposit and withdrew the money only to wait 5 days to go on chat and be told I need to send in ID, so I attempt to send in ID and the email address provided bounces back, I go back on to chat and ask to confirm the email, I entered it correct it just keeps bouncing back, I asked Jared the consultant for a different email address which I then tried which also bounced back so I again asked him if there was any other way to provide the casino with my ID (ie fax) to be told to try from someone else's email address and then he terminated the chat. I have attempted to send in the required ID and am unable & they will not release my winnings without my ID.... What can I do?

Euro Palace has stuffed me around for nearly 3 weeks regarding my withdrawal of my winnings, i emailed them on a daily basis for updates and each reply was "the security team are verifying your documents"
Yesterday i emailed them 3 times for updates as i was past being annoyed and getting angry with them now. Same response. Today i get an email telling me that they haven't received my documents and i need to resend them, retarded thing is is that upon checking my bank the funds were deposited into my account today. Just goes to show the stupid games they play with people. I will never use Euro Palace casino again and recommend every one else avoid them too!
