Very unresponsive and unprofessional Customer Support.
Trying to get my winnings and being ignored
Hello, I cashed out $100 from a free chip from this casino on Jan. 21, 2011, but some days later they put in back in my account claiming not to have received my documents. So I sent documents again and requested a withdrawal again on Jan. 26, 2011. Then they say they finally received them and some more days later someone named Ben emailed me asking for 2 bills showing my address and he stated upon receipt he would approve my withdrawal. I sent all requested information and emailed finance and Ben several times (with no response received from them) and chatted with live help who assured me I would get withdrawal, but as of now ... nothing still waiting. Also as of yesterday no one in live help with come on and talk to me. Please help !

We understand your frustration, but since we are not working with Aztec Casino, we don't have any contact there except their official support email where no one responds. If we ever receive any reply from them, you will be notified via email.
Out of frustration I uninstalled the casino about a few days ago and now it wont let me download again, it saids forbidden when I try, so I have no way of contacting them.
