trouble getting winnings from Pamper Casino

RESOLVED

On 7/8/2013 I deposited $25 and got a $1100 flat bonus from Pamper Casino. I won over $7000 on this money and got through the required play through amount. Once hitting this play through amount my account was reset at $1125, which represented my original deposit amount and the flat bonus amount of $1100.00. Everything is fine through this point. I then request a full withdraw for this amount thru their site on 07/11/2103. I get a email back from then with a ticket number of UYZ-511-31141 requesting certain documents, which I did send to them via fax as well as via email on 07/15/2013. On 07/19/2013 I get another email from requesting the documents again, which once again I sent them via scanning and email. On 07/23/2013 I got an email from Pamper noting that everything was processed and they would begin my withdraw request by crediting back to my credit the amount of my $25 deposit and then the remaining amount would be processed as I had requested of a wire being sent to my bank account for the remaining amount. As of todays date nothing has been done. My winnings are still sitting in my play account. I have sent them emails on 07/26,07/28,08/02,and 08/08, with no response from them. I have also called them via phone twice, and have been told that they can not discuss withdraw requests over the phone, and that I need to send them an email. I have done everything I can do and get no response. Can you please help me in getting my winnings sent to me.

This withdrawal has already been processed.

I received email from Pamper Casino stating refund back to card in the amount of $590. They stated processing fees amounting to $535 were deducted. There is still a problem as the last 4 digits of account number to receive this refund does not match up to my credit card account number. I did reply to their email noting this mistake and gave them the correct last 4 digits. This has to be their mistake because they have a photo of my credit card that was part of their required documentation being sent to them.

There was a typo in the email you were sent. The correct credit card number was refunded. I believe this has now been confirmed with you with a further update to the ticket.

Pamper did acknowledge their mistake of an incorrect account number. Was told it would take 3-5 business for credit to show on my credit card account. I will advise you when it does occur.

Funds were received from Pamper. Disappointed in paying $535 in fees to receive a net $590 payout. Thanks for your help in getting this resolved
