Well, honestly i was not sure to post a complaint regarding a no deposit bonus winnings. However i realized it's a right given to members, that's casinos decision. They should not offer no deposit bonuses unless they are really willing to pay. Here's my story;
I wagered a no deposit bonus on tropica and requested a withdrawal on 24th August. I was aware about no deposit terms and knew i should expect a payment after i submitted documents. On 31th August they approved my documents and i have already made a deposit to be able to receive winnings. According to their terms the payout should be received in 2-5 business days. I just wanted to be sure about the terms and sent a mail. Here's the mail i received last week;
'As I can see your withdrawal is being processed which means that your
cash out is expected to be completed early next week at the latest.'
It was acceptable, everything seemed fine. However there was no payout on 6th business day. I sent an e-mail again. Here's the latest mail sent by tropica casino. Dont get confused, this is a separate mail;
'As I can see, your withdrawal is in the final stage of processing. Due
to unforeseen delays, your withdrawal has taken longer than the regular
2 to 5 business days.
However as I can see, it should be completed early next week latest.'
So, if i e-mail them again next week, shall i receive same response. It should be completed early next week latest excuse?
In the meantime i wagered another no deposit bonus 2 days ago. I asked a withdrawal. And guess what happened? They disabled all bonuses, even deposit bonuses. Just an advice to tropica casino;
If you are not aware about no deposit bonuses just refuse all players to make use of it. At least they'll not grapple to receive some bucks.
