You were betting big and won $2812 on transaction 3890887665, he you dropped your bet size 4 spins later and stuck with it, till wagering was met.

We find this kind of wagering to be against the spirit in which the bonus was given. For this reason, we have cancelled your cash in and given back your deposit.

Im just a small hard working man who likes to gamble with my friends and sometings on the internet. I dont even understand this... 2017 usd is a lot money for me!!!

When i think back i think I bet 30-37.5 usd. After a while and yes, after I had hit something that made my won pretty big I heard of some slots that had high varians. I changed slots and because of the varians i lowered the bet to 3 usd. I went really bad and changed slots more times. I dont know how much dropped but maybe between 700-1000 usd. You know this better than me.....

I dont get this, how can it be irragular play? And what does that sustantial gains mean?
Im not stupid and I know you earn much money on the casino but I think its fun to play and it make my day if i win. But Im pretty sure you win money on all the machines, it doesnt matter which I play, in the long run the players should be loosers.

When I read the terms n conditions it says that " play in the sprit the bonus are awarded". What does that mean and what did i do wrong? And how could i know what that meent before i started playing?!!?!

From my point of view it feels like you penalties me because I won and use me because Im only a anknowed person and you are a big gambling company.

The problem is that you bet big with the bonus money until you hit a big win, then you lowered your bet to meet wagering requirements. At no point after dropping your bet, did you raise it again. You simply kept betting low to meet wagering. As soon as you hit wagering, you cashed out.

That is the exact reason, we have that term in place. Had you not taken up a bonus and played like that, you'd be fine but 99.9% of the time, a player won't play like that with their own money.

First of all I lowered the bet size because two things, a tip of others machines and the hard wired build in mechanism when you win. I think it’s the most natural thing to do when you win. What to you do personal do if you win on a horse race? 1. Go bet even higher or 2. Go home, bring your wife to a good restaurant a continue gamling next time you feel for it? It bet that 99.9% of everyone feel good about the winnings and go buy something….
In my case I couldn’t even bet 30-37.5 on the new machines I played! I betted less and I even lost much more after changing machines!
How do you translate “in the spirit of the bonus is awarded” in your terms and conditions? Do you have any table that says you cant drop/rasie your bets more than 5 or 10 times or something else?
Please tell me how I should play in the future and I wont do the what ever the mistake is again! And give me the money Ive won…

I've explained in my previous post what the problem was with your wagering. We don't like enforcing that term but in your case we had to. It's the exact reason we introduced that term.

 That is one really abstract rule, indeed. It is very comprehensive rule, which can provides many opportunities to casino for taking an advantages of it. It would be helpful if the casino representative would explain more clearly why decided to clasiffy this situation under this rule, when the player, as we can conclude from all these posts here, has completed bonus wagering requirements.
