Treasure Island Jackpots Casino won't pay on $10,000

I made a withdrawal on 10/29/13. I finally satisfied all the requests for my proof of ID and was finally approved and marked pending on or around 11/27. I sent several emails requesting a payment schedule with no response until 12/2 I received an email that said they had tried to call me.....no­t...........

Sent another email 12/17 and had a phone conversation with Shawn (which has always been kind) on 12/23. On 1/3 I received an email that said a 2000.00 check had been sent. I received the check, but my bank wouldn't let me deposit the check saying it was no good on 1/q0. 1/11, 1/13, 1/16, 1/29, 2/9 sent emails and can't get a reply. Please help me. I sure could use this money.

This is my second complaint on the same problem.


As long as my complaint was active, I had contact with Treasure Island support.


The last message I received from them was the day askgamblers.com closed my complaint. I received a message that I was going to get paid by an alternate payment method as a ViP player. Since then I have called and sent at least 3 messages and haven't been able to find out when I will get paid. My patience is getting extremely thin by now.


The support at Treasure Island is absolutely awful and very disrespectful to its players.

Treasure Island support called me today to let me know again that they were waiting for me to contact them about the alternative payment method........................... I told her about the emails and call I had made.......................

I was informed that she did not know when I would receive the money, but..................I should be contacted next week...................

She did actually answer some of my other questions I had though. Hopefully I'll have some money by April fool's!

It has been 2 weeks to the day since I received my first payment in my account. Your site says 3-5 days for a withdrawal. My withdrawal started 6 months ago. You allow 2,000 dollars per week to be distributed at a time. Looks like to me this deposit would be for 4000 dollars. There is no excuse for your delays on my withdrawals. I have been very understanding and even taken credit for not having an account for you to deposit too. I would appreciate your "VIP" treatment until my withdrawal is complete.
