Below is a copy of the email I received from them. As you can see it's been a month and they haven't processed my withdrawals. I already provided them all the requirements and have been following up since but to no avail.


I will also post another complaint on their sister casino, Atlantis. I have also pending withdrawals there and it's almost getting 2 months since. Please help me get my winnings.
