I ctrl+c ctrl+v the email I sent them in the last 1,5 week for about 15 times.Still no answer on it.

"Dear Staff!

I requested a withdraw from Treasure Island Jackpots Casino on 5th of January.Got this email on 7th of January:

"Reference number: LTK53308246812X Please use this ticket number in any correspondence with us.

Subject: Account verficate

Dear Akos,

Thank you for sending your documents through.

Your account has been verified.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions.

Accounts Analyst"

Since that I sent many emails, talked with your colleagues at online chat for many times but I couldnt get any iinformation about my request.When it will be processed?Should I do anything else to get my money?Why didnt you answer me on any email what I sent?Please let me know, what is the problem.

Yes, I got an e-mail and my money is on its way.Maybe I get it till Tuesday (22nd January).

I got this on 16th of January:

"Dear Akos,

We have generated a support ticket to help us track your inquiry. Your ticket code is LTK53308333789X. Please use this code in any further communication.

It will be submitted for payment in 3 to 5 business days.

And I was happy, but on 18th of January I got anoter email:

"Dear Akos,

In reference to your withdrawal request, kindly provide your Moneybookers account information.

Please advise.

Ok, I thought they know everything what needed to process my request, because I asked in every sent emails, that what should I do to help.No, they asked my moneybookers account details on 18th.(I requested my withdraw on 5th(!!!!!!!))I sent them an answer within a half hour:

"Dear Lara!

My moneybookers account is:

[email protected]

what I used to do my deposit. Do you need any other information about it? When do you do th transfer to it?

Sincerely, Akos Hajba"

and yesterday morning (21st) I sent another:

My moneybookers account is:

[email protected]

ID: xxxxxxx

And sent another one later afternoon:

"Dear Staff!

I wrote you an email with some questions on last Friday, and you told me "You can expect to receive a response from us within one business day."I expected, but you didnt answer to me. I wrote you again today, but still didnt get answer on my questions. Please let me know, when will I finally get my money?What kind of further informations do you need about my moneybookers account?

And got this:

???? I dont really understand, what is wrong, but I guess I dont get my money today. :(( So I'm still here.And waiting.Sure for sure, I sent my MB acc again, third time.
