Hello, I was approved on 3/16/2016 for a withdrawal in the amount of 2353.00 but can not get a tracking number I was also approved for a withdrawal in the amount of 1210.00 on 3/28/2016 but cannot get a tracking number or an estimated date when I can expect one. I hope you can help me. The casino is Silver Oak and my VIP host is Monica. Thank you

I do have a bit of good news for you--quite literally as I was leaving the office this evening, your tracking on the first payment came through. I did see that the payment was delivered to you earlier today. ;-)

I've had a look at your account and I do see that your wire was sent to our processors and has been confirmed as being sent.

I'm so incredibly sorry both for the delay and for what I'm about to tell you.

While I saw that the processor had confirmed your wire, when I contacted them, the information turned out to be inaccurate. I did raise a bit of a ruckus about this and as a result, I do know that the wire has positively gone out--confirmed, double-confirmed and confirmed again.

I'm truly so very sorry about this. Fingers crossed you'll see the funds in your account tomorrow or Monday.
