BetVoyager Casino - Tournament winnings not credited as promised

Dear Askgamblers,
Last week I was participated in Betvoyager tournament. Cost of participation was 20€. It was a 3 day roulette competition with great prizes in wich I was menage to won 150€. To recive that money all winers was need to put some post at any of gambling related portals. Reason for that was to prove that winners are real players.

I still waiting my 150€ even casino tournament rules was clearly stated that winings will be acreditated to players accounts no more than 2 bussines days after ending of tournament.

Problem is that now was allready pased 8 days from ending of tournament. Including 5 bussines days.
I was sent to them my regarding post wich was created here on Askgamblers portal already 3 times. First time 8 days ago and last time 2 days ago. Every time they write to me that my post will be reviewed and that I stay patient.

I was do everyting they ask in time and I want to know why they don't do their obligations and why they don't respect their own therms?

Just to mention it was 72 winners on that tournament and at casino page is a list of all winners plus links of their post until now I can se that only 49 of players was recive their awards and 23 of us still waiting. That is really uncorect to rest of us.

I have just one more sak for BV representative. Dear representative can You just check it what is hapening with withdrowal options. Because is showing some unusual things. To explain usualy when I open withdrowal it ofers me methodes for it. Now don't show any option. Probably is some general bug.

As I say this is just ask.

I need to update my problem. What was hapened is that betvoyager team was acreditate me 150€ of real money and hey was also acreditate 20€ of free money as a compensation for waiting. Problem is that because of that free money I can't take out my real money. Usually when you got bonus is puted in promotions area and you can activate it when you want. But in my case is puted directly on my account and is already active. Now I have even bigger problem because was appear some typ of bug and that bug manifest in this two things:
1. I can't see no options for withdrowal when I go in withdrowal section (skrill, neteller etc.) I can't chose nothing.
2.Usually when you want to cancel bonus you go in bonus area and just cancel him but my bonus area is empty and I can't cancel nothing.

Can you please or cancel my bonus 20€ or put it in promotions section or solve problem on some other way.
Ps.
Was contact support but still no answer.
