Guys please help me asap I deposited 600 pound with this casino they gave me 10pound bonus which I did not realise I got up to 740 within 10 minutes went to withdraw 730 then all of sudden it said my balance is 320 I didn't lose any money all they gave me was 10pound bonus so I'm really upset they have taken 400 and I haven't even lost can you guys please help me??

Thanks for the info AskGamblers, unfortunately the username and email submitted are not in our database at all. If you'd like proof of this i can arrange it. I really want to resolve this issue for the player so hopefully they can email me with correct details.
