I have cashed in 900$CDN and 800$CDN. I have filled all the paperwork they asked for (credit card, passport, proof of deposit and so on). They keep saying "Your payment is on the way" etc. NOTHING yet, even if they keep saying the payment of 900$ has been processed. For the other amout (800$) nothing has been said yet, it is still "waiting" in my cashier and I am damn sure they hope I cancel it and play it because it takes enormous amount of time to get a withdrawal...if ever. I played on Royal Panda casino and won 300$, they paid me in 24 hours, same method as i asked Grand reef.

However, I just received a response form my finance department who confirmed your payment should be paid in your account no later than tomorrow. We experienced issues paying CAD via wire transfers as the funds were getting returned, we have now found out the correct method to pay Wire Transfers and you should receive your withdrawal shortly since we now have the correct format to successfully transfer CAD Bank Wire Transfers.

Fine, I will wait and see, however my other cash out of 800$ CAD dated April 30th 2016, is still on "waiting process" and you have never mentioned it in your e-mails ever. I will be more than happy to give you very positive feed backs here when the whole issue is resolved and when i get both the 900$ and the 800$ cashed out almost a month ago.

Not at all, keep this as seriously unresolved. Not a single penny in my account from the 900$ they promised would be there last Friday. As well, not a word of the other 800$ they owe me.

We have transferred your payment of CAD900 last Friday and should reflect in your bank account once it's cleared. We will transfer the payment of CAD800 as soon as the first payment cleared successfully to avoid any recurring issues.

Please confirm whether you received your payment of CAD900. In order for us to process the additional withdrawal of CAD800 we need you to confirm receipt of the first payment to avoid any delays.
May I suggest you check with your bank whether the funds has cleared in order for us to process your next payment.

Well, it took a loooong time but I received 900$ CDN today. This casino is Legit and they are willing to pay the withdrawals, just takes longer than anything else I have ever tried. I will consider this case RESOLVED as I cancelled the 800$CDN other cashout and turned it into a 1200$, so I made a different cashout and I will see how long it will take this time, if decent ill keep playing on Grand Reef because they have alot of games and the support is lightning fast to respond.
