Titan Casino Withdrawal Scam!

Posted: 30th March 2012, 11:50 AM by

I requested withdrawal (£993) and I received an email saying the withdrawal was being processed. I then received an email saying that I haven't met the wagering requirements. In fact when I checked I actually did meet the requirements, wagering thousands. I think it is not reasonable and this is just an excuse, since the money became withdrawable after I have played those games already (initially or otherwise the money would not became withdrawable).

I tried to contact them many of times. With the online help they take forever to respond. With the contact telephone number, the phone never connects!! I think they just don't want you to withdraw money.

Everyone will lose with this casino (on the games) you put money in but can't withdraw.

I made 2 withdrawal requests. First for $1000, which was processed and they told me a cheque was on the way. Then I made a second request for $2000. Again, they processed it and told me a cheque was on the way. A few days later I receive an email telling me my withdrawal requests have been cancelled by Citadel and that I must contact them to straighten it out before may withdrawals can be granted. I had no idea who or what Citadel was or what they had to do with my transaction.

Also, even though they told me the withdrawal requests were cancelled, the money was never redeposited into my poker account. Titan claims to be looking into the issue right now, but it seems like a big "run-around" scam. I would highly recommend people stay away from Titan Poker (and any of their many affiliate sites) if they are attached to their money in any way.
